Traditionally, you would think of diamonds as "engagement" stones but now I am getting them for myself because when I will look down on my finger I will remember that first and foremost I am engaged to my life and it's adventures.

It's like that first time you unbutton your shirt a little lower and let your hair down, sticking out to all sides jumping up and down as you walk. You don't mind anymore... Many changes are happening in life for me now, but what the last week and a half taught me?

We always want to bring out the features we find most attractive on ourselves. Hair, lips, cheeks, eyes. I think for me it has always been the eyes. 

Let's be honest... there is barely any summer feels here in Copenhagen right now! Dues it mean we are less inclined to organize garden parties home made cocktails included? No!

I have been using the same mascara since I was 16 and since I like it so much I rarely explore the other options out there in the market. With allergy season in high swing though, my eyes need so much gentle care as they can get.

Sometimes people get to do what they love and they do it really really well. It could be in any field but you always end up with the same result - art. Whenever I travel to Slovakia I do my best to make time to et least come for coffee and some dessert at Fou Zoo.

We traveled to Slovakia last month, the first thing that hit me was how insanely green everything was. So many trees, flowers fields. I know that the weather is much colder up here in Copenhagen but it's not all that.

We have traveled for the best part of last month but we are back now. Strange how a place can become a home right? It's so calm, feels safe, you know you can be you there...

When Louise took a trip to New York earlier this month I had one request - Nirvana Rose. Perfumes are my passion and getting to try this one was high on the list! A lot of reviews claim the scent is old lady like, clinical and vintage...but is it?

Traveling for a few weeks with few days here, next days there could be a hassle and selecting few pieces that you rely on in the beauty department could be a relief. Lost hair ties or unexpected "monthly visits", chapped lips while needing to look pretty. Some of the trouble we face are just vanity issues some are comfort issues. I make sure I cover as many as I can.
