Who would have though there is so much intricacy to the mixology world? You come to a bar and order a cocktail... you know the bartender has some sense of balance of ingredients but don't give much thought to the craft. It was so lovely to attend the Beefeater master class. Hearing about all the essentials that come with the craft. Why it is that cucumber works with Hendricks but many more other things compliment a cocktail with Beefeater dry gin. My biggest surprise was vanilla, it is also my complete new favorite. Gin + tonic + black pepper + grapefruit + vanilla bean. Try it! And big thanks to Beefeater for teaching us!
